“This property is lovely, filled with great amenities and beautifully decorated. The casita provided extra space to accommodate our group and the courtyard was perfect for dining al fresco. It is an ideal location to explore LaJolla and the surrounding San Diego area. The host was very friendly and responsive to our questions and requests. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to San Diego!”

“The biggest plus for Rosemont Retreat is the quiet neighborhood and its location near the beach for the daily walks we enjoyed during the month we were there. The patio and living area are pleasant and the beds are comfortable. The kitchen suffices, but the overall condition of this house (built in 1948 according to a neighbor) is old and rundown. The picket fence is rotting and falling apart. The bathroom seems to be the original, with a wall heater at toddler level that has an open grill and...

“Perfect boardwalk getaway. Access straight to the beach. Perfect for a short getaway- can use some upgrades but it’s a quick stay beach house. Host was quick to respond and helpful- parking is definitely easy and big enough for a mid size SUV. Beach/boardwalk is beautiful and if you wake up early you can enjoy the dolphins right out front the house every morning while drinking coffee.”
