“Good one of the sinks in bathroom was clogged when we arrived so was out of order the entire time. Light situation in stairwell isn’t ideal. We just used our phone lights. Beds were very comfortable especially the bigger bed. Was good overall not excellent but certainly not bad either. ”

“Pros: check in process, owner communication, location (so many places to eat), safety of neighborhood, property cleanliness, appliances, master bed, above average linens, bathrooms, lighting and a/c. Cons: couch (do not use as a sofa bed), 2nd bedroom beds (very firm), drapes and rug a bit tired, dog hair from previous tenants, budget kitchen plates and glasses. Things out of their control: light was left on in a locked closet by the cleaning staff that took a while to get figured out late at...

“had a gerrible check in process. did not give me the address way in advance. when did give address, gave a false address. when i arrived, to the false address, it took me 45 minutes before i was able to get into the correct apartment because of the owner's asking for additional documentation from me. very disturbing. the apartment itself is mimimalist. no instruction book. very poor lighting. no parking. ”
