“Room was not clean on arrival, no working AC. Not as expected for the price of this property and would not recommend given the price point.”

“This house is very well stocked, it even has spices for use. Beds were comfortable and there is an abundance of extra linens. The sauna was a great bonus. The location is great, nice quiet neighborhood. The outside casita has a stellar bathroom, however there’s only a small pull out couch in there but they do have a nice topper for it. Imo the only thing lacking is an outdoor table and chairs. Owners are very responsive. We would definitely stay there again”

“The facility is pristine and staff both very pleasant and efficient. If you are staying to attend an event at the convention center the walk is about 25 minutes although it is an easy walk. ”

“OK, I don't usually complain and write bad reviews, but there were a lot of areas of possible improvement. Firstly, it was not made clear to me that we were staying at Viejas Hotel, and not Willows (which is completely nonsmoking). My husband is allergic to smoke. We valet parked at Willows, the Valet parker asked our name and was not able to tell us that we were booked into Viejas. We then had to walk a long way with our heavy bags, from Willows to Viejas. We decided to still eat at the hotel...

“Well kept property, accommodating staff ( trinity) was very helpful. staff and cleaning crew were very nice. Renato was ensuring our questions and needs were attends too with the use of bbq grill. Been coming here for the past 5 years to celebrate my son and my birthday. And has been a family tradition. See you again next year! We enjoyed pickle ball, tennis , swimming, pool table and just soak in the pool and spa!”

“The staff was friendly and the room was clean. We asked for daily room service and it was granted for the stay duration. Very close proximity to the golf course.”

“We love this resort for the last 15 years. Everything is so beautiful there and the spa is a once in a lifetime experience. On our last stay we were disappointed to always be redirected to different departments for help. We eventually insisted that staff pick up their phones and request help instead of outsourcing us and making us walk everywhere for simple requests.”
