“The location of the hotel is perfect to visit The Death Valley Unfortunately the hotel is old, the standard rooms are spacious but they smell bad, they really need a completely refurbishing. There is no cleaning service during the stay. The windows of our rooms are really dirty The rooms are overpriced ”

“This resort is unacceptable for a Hyatt property. On the positive side, the design of the pool itself was great for the area, and one of the few properties with a lazy river. The water temperature was refreshing. Beyond that, not much to like. For context, we stayed here on weekdays. The service here was terrible and unacceptable for this type of resort. “We did not use amenities because our room alone was is in poor condition, very dusty and dirty furniture. A giant monster moth that owned the place before we got in. There were holes in the blinds from the moth being in there for so long. Overall just a very uncomfortable experience.”

“We went out and ate locally at restaurants but the hotel was overall pleasant. It has a very nice view of the ocean! If you’re 6’ or taller you might hit the shower head but otherwise quite good! I would go there again. 🙂”
