“Staff was pretty rude on the phone when we had questions about the reservation. Check-in was supposed to be 4pm, but we had to wait til 4:45pm to get our room. Room was spacious and clean. Water pressure was awesome. Not very sound proof. We could hear kids crying and running outside the room and upstair. So it really depends on how lucky you are. We were lucky enough that crying and running was only for a short period. Pool was nice!”

“Beautiful Beach front property steps from the Santa Cruz Boardwalk and the Wharf! Rooms were exceptionally clean and room was beach front with a balcony. At night there were lounge chairs and firepits to relax at. We spent 2 nights and just hearing the waves hitting the beach was awesome! Great place to relax, rewind, or even head to the boardwalk for fun for adults and kids! Would recommend adults time only or familys with kids.”

“The main pool was the focus of this property, and they did a wonderful job with the layout, the 2 slides, and the poolside service was especially good. The staff kept checking up on everyone's needs and while the prices are not cheap, the food and drinks were excellent for poolside. The studio room was good sized and had an ample balcony. Unfortunately the screen was completely missing and we were not able to pull in the evening breeze. Service and hospitality are strong points here, however...
