“Duane and Rhonda were wonderful hosts. We felt like we were visiting family more than staying at a B&B. Rooms were clean and beautifully decorated. Rhonda definitely has a creative eye for decor.
We are already planning our next trip to see them.
Thank you for a nice getaway! Next time we want to spend more time at your home and less time at the lake! Loved the chats over breakfast and my morning strolls to say good morning to the chickens, horses, and kitties.

“We were fortunate to get a room on the backside of the hotel because the front side is close to the highway. We had some problem with the check in procedure, but the owner was quick to help. It could use some remodeling, but otherwise clean, quiet and comfortable.”

“My friend and I went on a girlfriends' trip and had an absolutely wonderful stay in the Garden room at Rose Oak Ranch. Duane greeted us out front and gave us a tour of all the facilities. He was the most gracious host and was always available to help with the hot tub and other amenities.
