“I was locked out of my room and my things. I had two separate reservations I asked if they could combine at check in they said yes. But the next day they locked me out. I had to wait for my husband for a second deposit mind you they already had one and told me they were combined at check out my husband had to leave work to come down so I didn't have to sit in lobby all day with my items being held hostage. Horrible staff especially management.”
