“Location was convenient for us as we were there for the night for a concert, however there were little things not great like no toilet paper or hand washing soap, no floor towel in the bathroom for when u get out of the shower. Also shower was super small not made for big girls like myself. Beds were ok but they moved I sat on the bed and the bed slid on the floor. Not worth what we paid. So overall was good but not great.”

“There was almost no parking available, the AC unit labels were missing, making it difficult to know what buttons you pushed, the room next to us was playing loud music until 2 am, and the door to the room did not close unless locked and we had to shove 2 chairs against it to make sure it stayed shut.”

“The room was clean and roomy, breakfast was yummy, staff was helpful, friendly and professional, the property was well kept and all the stores around were so convenient. We had a GREAT stay!”

“The staff was not very friendly to me or my friend. When we were coming back from our concert the front door area was locked and the attendant rolled her eyes at having to let us in. Another issue, my key card was not working in our room door When we went to ask the attendant about it, she was short with me and the only way I would be allowed in is if I had my ID, thankfully I had it on me and we were able to be let in. The next morning the same issue happened and the lady was very polite and...

“Such a comfortable stay for events in Sacramento. Have been able to enjoy this place during a wrestling event and concert. The pool and hot tub is great, they have gym and laundry for accessible amenities! Not to mention the continental breakfast for the morning ALWAYS satisfies. Appreciate the staff from the front desk to house keeping for making our stay great!”

“Very clean and friendly staff- except one white male worker - he was a bit disrespectful hopefully he isn’t there next time I decide to come visit Sacramento - safe environment- very clean rooms were up to date - manager was very nice . Definitely stay here -”
