“Check in was quick and easy as was the Wi-Fi setup. Wi-Fi password was provided on a card near the door. Quiet neighborhood. Everything was very good except for one thing. Ants were coming from a locked door and eventually to the kitchen. Owner was notified and promised to send exterminator after we checked out. Later revised to the last day we would stay. Overall though, it was a nice place and I'd probably stay again.”

“Perfect location and beautifully decorated! Everything was clean, and the amenities were great! Kitchen was great for cooking meals and the location made it so we could walk anywhere we wanted to go! Host was responsive and helpful! Would stay here again! :)”

“Perfect location for my dog and I. I did keep her on leash in the backyard because there was an old rat poison dispenser, but that was easy enough. The picnic tables and lounge chair were nice touches too.”

“Place was a perfect location and such a nice place to stay for the price! We were staying in a tiny hotel room the nights before for what it cost to essentially have a whole house to yourself. Only downside was having to move car every two hours between 10 AM and 10 PM. But it gave us a break from work!”

“New construction home. Bed was great. Homes are still being built around this home. However, area was very quiet at night. TV had only streaming service channels. The TV was a smart TV, so I used my dish anywhere account and used AirPlay from my phone to watch my normal shiows. Very close to Sun City Roseville.”
