“The little cottage was a perfect spot for our needs. The house is in a beautiful neighborhood with a very lovely park across the street. The garden around the house was beautiful, we enjoyed having space for our small dog. The only thing is that there is a deep step up to the bathroom someone with bad knees may have trouble stepping up. Also the toilet is in need of repair. “This cozy 1 bedroom had all that we needed as we were in town for a funeral. The air/heat conditioner was very noisy so we didn't use it but everything else was top notch. The Bed was great.”

“This is the second time I have stayed here and I was just as happy. Ease of check-in and check-out. Communication with owner is easy. Easy access to anything we needed. The only thing we didn’t have was Kleenex and the spout on the kitchen soap dispenser kept falling off. Otherwise perfectly happy. Thank you!”

“New construction home. Bed was great. Homes are still being built around this home. However, area was very quiet at night. TV had only streaming service channels. The TV was a smart TV, so I used my dish anywhere account and used AirPlay from my phone to watch my normal shiows. Very close to Sun City Roseville.”

“The location is great as it is off a Main Street and yet quiet as well. The room is extremely clean and well equipped for all the needs of sleeping well, stove top, big fridge, easy access. The water feature in the room adds a beautiful tranquil feel as well! Communication with the owner is super easy. He responds well and quickly. We will definitely be using this property again. ”

“Great location! Everything is in such close proximity to the loft:) we stayed specifically for the Kings games at golden 1 center. We didn’t even rent a car. Short Uber rides everywhere. The DOCO has a lot to offer but I was pleased with the places walking distance from the loft. The temple for coffee. Cantina alley is fun and “The Sandwich Spot” always hits the spot. Definitely recommend”
