“Didn’t get any breakfeast”

“I have now stayed at the Echo Lodge in West Sacramento 4 times in the last 2 months and have stayed in 3 different rooms. It has quickly become my favorite affordable motel in the Sacramento area. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, everything works, and it is surprisingly quiet. Today when I walked into the office, she not only recognized me, she had already pulled up my reservation in the computer. She welcomed me back and handed me my key. I can't recall anything like that ever...

“Rooms was clean and spacious. Bathroom was nice. Breakfast was great, not too far from downtown.”

“I don’t usually write reviews but this Inn was very impressive, and the owners are the nicest people who care about their visitors. They have the cutest little dog that greets you when checking in, and the process is so smooth and seamless. The rooms were clean, and as someone who had to stay for a night, I felt extremely safe and well taken care of. ”

“Parking was easy enough. The EV charger in the parking lot was disappointing because even after a serious effort, I could not get it to work to charge my plug in hybrid. There seemed to be a lot of strange people milling about the premesis and hanging out and both mornings there I was awakened by multiple car alarms going of right in front my room.”

“Hidden gem!!! Initially, I was concerned about the area but the lodging was a huge surprise to me. Gated parking, exceptionally clean and bright room, staff who went out of their way to assist me, and quiet even though we were right off a Main Street. Will be staying here again the next time I come into the area. ”

“The jacuzzi was filthy with dead skin floating on the suds. It was gross. People staying thete were loud and played loud mariachi music with no regard for anyone at the pool and jacuzzi . No regard for small children. There was drinking going on. I asked the front desk managenent what the hotel policy was regarding this issue. I was looked at and told she didn't know policy. She told me it was a public space and that people could turn their music up if they wanted. She made me feel like...
