Staff was friendly and attentive. The downstairs bar/ restaurant was very good, bar was fully stocked. Although, there are a ton of other options within walking distance. “The staff was very friendly and accommodating when we forgot to add our dog to the reservation. They easily updated the reservation and our check-in was still very smooth. Their valet service is extremely convenient and the gentlemen were polite; we enjoyed having the app as a way to communicate with them. ”

“Front Desk Carlos was vey efficient and friendly. Clean room and QUIET. We were in the building farthest away from the highway so freeway noise was not an issue. Would like to see some free weights in the small weight room”

“First of all, it must be clear that if you don't drive and you wish to walk to go downtown, this is not the right hotel. The location is awful, not safe. For the rest, I had a suite with king bed and I found it very confortable, despite the noise of the other clients, and despite the fact that I could not open the window as the view was on a parking full of truck. Poor breakfast (but it was nice to make the wafels by themselves).”
