“Great! - except you guys REALLY need to soften the noise when a guest room door closes, It's very loud and people are coming in and out pretty late. (normal for most hotels) but still don't know why they design them this way. Ali - my server at breakfast this morning deserves high praise. ”

“front desk was the only staff i encountered and she was very nice and accomodating. There were two light bulbs out of five over the sink that were dark. The room was fine, but it's hard to believe that two failef as I checked in. It wasn't a big deal. ”

“This is a very, very cool place. The history and story is remarkable and the environment is a total throwback. I had breakfast and dinner and both were very good. The cocktails Nathan crafted for me were wonderful and it was a pleasure to chat with him and other patrons. Now, it's a historic paddlewheeler; not a sparkling new cruise ship.
