“We had a terrible experience upon arrival. There was an issue with transportation from the airport which was not provided as stated in the hotel description. The staff at the desk was rude and threatened to cancel our 3 day stay (paid for) because we had a “bad attitude”. She appeared to have no training in hospitality which is a requirement in guest relations. This is unfortunate as the rest of the stay was very pleasant.”

“I don't write a lot of reviews, but the staff here was truly outstanding. Tia and Nicole (not sure of spelling for either) we very welcoming and helpful at check-in and breakfast, respectively. The breakfast was so much better than the typical offerings at similar properties. Their effort really made the stay enjoyable.”

The person at the front desk told me I could cancel my reservation, when we arrived to check in. I was attending conference day of and did not have the option of taking time out of my schedule to try to find another hotel room in a days notice. They have the cutest little dog that greets you when checking in, and the process is so smooth and seamless. The rooms were clean, and as someone who had to stay for a night, I felt extremely safe and well taken care of. ”
