“First of all, it must be clear that if you don't drive and you wish to walk to go downtown, this is not the right hotel.
The location is awful, not safe. For the rest, I had a suite with king bed and I found it very confortable, despite the noise of the other clients, and despite the fact that I could not open the window as the view was on a parking full of truck. Poor breakfast (but it was nice to make the wafels by themselves).”

“The staff was not very friendly to me or my friend. When we were coming back from our concert the front door area was locked and the attendant rolled her eyes at having to let us in. Another issue, my key card was not working in our room door When we went to ask the attendant about it, she was short with me and the only way I would be allowed in is if I had my ID, thankfully I had it on me and we were able to be let in. The next morning the same issue happened and the lady was very polite and...
