“Excellent location- an easy walk to restaurants and shopping in old town Sacramento - plus we could walk to Amtrak. Staff was excellent- friendly and helpful. It’s a little noisy for sleeping being so close to a highway and train station but I’d definitely stay here again!”

“Friendly kind staff stating if there is anything we can help you with during your stay let us know. Cafe diner fresh crisp salad.. bathroom facilities clean. Unfortunately pool access not open until May. Beds extremely comfortable. Nice touch on robes to wear. Will recommend and stay again.”

“IHG/Expedia - NO HUMANS - I was unable to cancel my via the AI system. When I asked the AI if it was a human, it would only reply something like "I am a certified agent". I tried for over an hour through various chat bots. Never found a human. Was unable to cancel and get a refund. Was unable to make a complaint, even. NEVER USING EXPEDIA OR IHG AGAIN, UNTIL THEY HIRE HUMAN CUSTOMER SERVICE. ”

“The floor of our room was sticky. Very pet friendly. Breakfast buffet was not stocked well, specifically they were out of coffee the first day and out of hot water the next. To be fair, once I brought the issue to the attention of the front desk, they alerted the breakfast crew and they remedied the problem. ”

“The staff was very nice! I had trouble with my flight & they were able to help me. The parking is super tight, I don’t think it’s legal to have parking spots so tight. There aren’t really my amenities, only breakfast. The rooms are cute & they were clean. There was a guest yelling at the front desk attendant and although the lady wasn’t cursing, she was very confrontational and uncooperative, and making herself out to be the victim. Other guests who were sleep deprived after flights were shaken...

“Red Hawk Resort + Casino is a great spot for a quick getaway. The hotel is modern, clean, and comfortable, and there’s plenty to do with the casino, dining options, and entertainment. Staff are friendly and the overall vibe is fun and relaxing. Downsides are that it can be a bit pricey, parking isn’t the most convenient, and the casino area can be smoky. Overall, a solid staycation option near Sacramento—perfect for a fun night or weekend escape.”

“We had a pet friendly room and it was very clean and I liked having laminate flooring versus carpet. The hotel is definitely dated but worked for us quite well. ”

“Checked in about 4 p.m., the room wasn't ready. Other than that no problems, room was large and clean, the AC worked well, properly maintained. Good breakfast. ”
