“Room is clean and well maintained. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was great. I grabbed pastries to go because I was in a hurry. Only down side was the noise in the parking lot next door which woke me at 2:30 am and I’m a light sleeper. Thank you.”

“We stayed here in preparation for a 6am flight from Sacramento. Staff was nice, hotel was clean, we were satisfied. Then came the evening. Now I'm not sure if the walls are super thin or what the issue is but we got no sleep. Literally zero. Above us were a group of people that sounded like they were quite literally playing a soccer match. Jumping off beds, screaming, yelling, crashing into things. We called the front desk multiple times and they let us know they would call them and tell them to...

“Room coffee maker heated up, but no coffee dripping through. Shampoo container in shower was ripped off shower wall. Towels were not soft. Lamp on desk in room was not working.”
