“Haven't gotten my deposit yet. The room was dirty it stank like cigarettes. The shower faucet was broken. The bathroom sink barely had running water. We had to ask them to change the bed cover since the one on had a big stain. Parking was bad. The only good thing was it had a dinner right next door. The staff was okay. I don't think i can recommend it”

Breakfast was good with a standard continental option, along with making your own waffles. Air/Heat were to be expected as a wall unit but in good condition and worked just fine.”

“The breakfast was standard. But a nice bonus! My room was clean. The place is a bit dated but again, clean. The room had some issues that could certainly be addressed. The threshold to the bathroom was damaged and is a accident waiting to happen. No hair dryer, damaged towel rack etc. But overall comfortable bed, clean linens, clean floors.”

“IHG/Expedia - NO HUMANS - I was unable to cancel my via the AI system. When I asked the AI if it was a human, it would only reply something like "I am a certified agent". I tried for over an hour through various chat bots. Never found a human. Was unable to cancel and get a refund. Was unable to make a complaint, even. NEVER USING EXPEDIA OR IHG AGAIN, UNTIL THEY HIRE HUMAN CUSTOMER SERVICE. ”

“Hidden gem!!! Initially, I was concerned about the area but the lodging was a huge surprise to me. Gated parking, exceptionally clean and bright room, staff who went out of their way to assist me, and quiet even though we were right off a Main Street.

“The Desk staff was most accommodating and welcoming. The site is well maintained and clean. Five pillows on the King bed was nice. Breakfast was typical but did have sausage and beacon on different days. Walking distance to a couple of fast food establishments and very close to grocery shopping. Quick, easy access to the freeway. I felt comfortable with the parking.”
