“Desk clerk friendly and helpful on check in. Comfortable bed, room needed some updating but overall good for price range. Breakfast a bit disappointing. Scrabbled eggs tasted like made from powder and sausage just average. Fruit ( apples and oranges) edible but not fresh. Stayed 3 days and ate cold cereal and bagel the remaining 2 days. Limited coffee also. ”

“No staff in the morning due to employee shortage? Also the blanket on the bed was paper-thin. Otherwise it was worth the reasonable price.”

“We stayed in a nice, large room. It has two sink areas, a large closet for hanging clothes, couch with table & lamp, useful dresser/desk/tv combo. The art is nice. It has plenty of space but is utilitarian. One comfy arm chair and an area rug on the floor would make it cozy. It snowed overnight and the outdoor stairs to the second floor had significant snow on them. It would be safer for the staff to keep those clear of snow.”

“This hotel was great. The room was very clean and well taken care of. The breakfast was great, and during our stay we were there for a soccer tournament so lots of kids and families, as well as two collegiate rowing teams! They kept the food coming and the breakfast area very clean, which was quite impressive given the number of people there. The hotel is very conveniently located to shops and restaurants.”

“The hot tub was VERY dirty, there was a thick film around the entire top of the tub. While I understand leaves from the tree, the pool was also dirty. The sauna was not in working order. Our room also had cleanliness issues in the bathroom, like a dirty shower and walls in the bathroom. ”

“We had an extremely disappointing stay that I would not wish on anyone. Upon arrival, we discovered that the sofa bed was visibly dirty — it had strange white crystals on the sheets that were deeply concerning. One of the pillows had gum stuck to it, and there was no blanket provided for the sofa bed. The bathroom was equally unacceptable. The floor was covered in black hair, and the toilet was filthy and had clearly not been cleaned before our arrival. We politely requested cleaning in the...

“AC was great, room was older but ok. Walls are thin and if it wasn’t for the AC, the coughing and snoring in the next room kept me awake. Bed was a bit soft, bouncy and the springs would creak. No hair dryer. Trash from previous guest in the bathroom was not emptied. Staff were great. Breakfast was ok. ”

“Property is in being remodeled, dust and dirt everywhere. Barking dogs in rooms, doors slam shut with a noise, room door have gaps so noise travels inside. Breakfast was included but was very limited, fruit looked rotten, no cream for coffee. ”
