“Everything was great, BUT the water pressure was the worst and the hot water ran out fast. We were on the 1st floor. The staff was cordial but not overly friendly, but to their defense, they were solo and perhaps a tad overwhelmed when we arrived at 9 pm. The hotel was booked with soccer players.”

“We stayed here for a weekend getaway, and everything about our experience was excellent. The entire facility was very clean — even the hallways were spotless without a single piece of trash on the floor. We booked an Executive King Suite, and the room was impressively clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff truly made our stay memorable. Everyone we interacted with was cordial, respectful, and extremely helpful. Their professionalism and kindness stood out. Breakfast was superb....

“Wait staff at the restaurant was excellent and the food was good. Our room had a view of nothing but rooftop air conditioning on the second floor. So the view was depressing. Our party had a second room across the hall with a nice view of the courtyard and river, so it’s entirely up to where they put you. This was downtown Stockton so there’s a significant homeless/substance abuse population right outside the building. Parking was thankfully not an additional fee. It’s in a “secure “ lot...

“The breakfast had no attendant so I Went to the front desk. The coffee machine was in need of cleaning and resetting. There were no boiled eggs and the waffle maker was out of service all morning. Thank goodness our room was spacious”
