“Stuff was good services. The room not too good ( mattress ) The sink bathroom was liking. We can deal with little things. But I have to complain about breakfast ! Was very poor all the bread and sausage were hard, eggs not good at all. Just yogurt and fruit were ok. I know it’s free breakfast “ but please give us some little quality. giving my opinion to put attention on this. Location it’s great ! A lot of stores and food around the hotel . Parking it’s good !”

“I come over from Nevada every 2 weeks to stay there the weekend. An issue that needs to be addressed is with housekeeping staff. I always pay for late check out which is at noon, bearing in mind that maid service is requested they don't automatically just come clean your room. But I had repeated knocks on the doors starting at 9:00 a.m. from made staff. I paid for late checkout which is at noon and the door knocking begins about 10:30. This morning on Sunday we're repeated knocks on the door...

“There was no breakfast”

“Unfortunately the cleanliness of this hotel was terrible. The entire room smelt like animal urine and it was just an awful smell we had to sleep with the windows open. Not only that but when we woke up the next morning there were fleas on us. The beds are infested with fleas. Do not stay here.”

“The staff I encountered were great. They were accommodating and the beds were comfortable! The area is beautiful and we had a nice view from the back windows. It was a little loud overnight- but, typical hotel behavior. It was Saturday night. My main complaint and why I didn’t give them 5 stars all around was the floor was a bit dirty and the curtain rod was broken but had been positioned to stay up. Overall, decent experience and the staff made up for areas lacking. ”

“We had planned to enjoy the jacuzzi but it was outdoors and too cold to be out. The dry sauna was also not enjoyed due to the door not shutting so, heat would escape. The hotel is under construction so, we were awakened at 8 AM with hammering noises. The cleaning staff outside of our door was loud.”

“We had an extremely disappointing stay that I would not wish on anyone. Upon arrival, we discovered that the sofa bed was visibly dirty — it had strange white crystals on the sheets that were deeply concerning. One of the pillows had gum stuck to it, and there was no blanket provided for the sofa bed. The bathroom was equally unacceptable.
