“This property has a lot of potential. It is in a nice, quiet, safe neighborhood close to Cedars-Sinai. The studio is cute and comfortable and fairly clean. But more attention to detail in cleaning and bedding would have been nice. The couch was stained, bedding was just ok, and the towels were still damp when I unfolded them to use.
