The living area offers space to relax after a day out, and the home includes the essentials needed for both short and longer visits. The sleeping setup includes 1 king bed, 2 full beds, and 2 twin beds, allowing the home to accommodate up to 8 guests.



Please note this is an upstairs unit and there is no elevator, so guests will need to use stairs to access the home.



There is no central AC. Instead, each bedroom has its own wall AC unit, and there is also a wall AC unit in the living room.



Guests do not have access to the backyard.



Included with your stay are shampoo, conditioner, body wash, coffee, sugar, toilet paper, paper towels, fresh linens, fresh clean towels, and dish soap.

Exterior security cameras may monitor entryways and outdoor access areas only. There are no cameras inside the home.



Check out time is 11:00 AM. Late check out will incur a $100 per hour fee unless approved in advance.



All guests are required to complete a short check in verification form before arrival. This includes contact information and a valid ID with a selfie to confirm registered guests. Your information remains private and confidential.
