“The property itself was lovely, natural stone throughout, giant floor to ceiling windows that let in lots of natural light. Felt privacy with tall/mature greenery and strategic fencing and window placement. The house is in a quiet neighborhood that is close to restaurants shops and city attractions. “Unfortunately there were a few issues with the property people should be aware of given the higher price to rent. 1) the oven is broken. Their replacement was a toaster oven, which isn’t suitable for cooking for a family of 4. This was not disclosed. There also aren’t many plates and utensils so bring your own if you’re going to eat a couple of meals here. 2) it’s located on PCH near the fire cleanup (also not disclosed) so there’s significant construction happening all day AND all night....

“Craig was an amazing host! Place was ready at 12pm too which helped out so much with our early flight. Also the fact that this place is so close to a grocery store (Ralph’s) and Dockweiler Beach made this such an amazing stay. Plenty of TVs and sitting spaces in the house too. 100% would stay here again.”
