“We are former Southern California residence and whenever we come into visit Southern California, we love staying at this property because we can walk to some of our favorite restaurants, coffee shops and boutiques. Very quiet neighborhood and very responsive host.”

“While the room was technically as described, it was very old. We were on the third floor and had an "ocean view," however this just meant a small sliver of ocean in the distance. The curtains for the balcony didn't close all the way meaning that your intimate activities are seen by the entire outside (we used a clothespin to hang them together). The worst part was the noise. The walls seem paper-thin. We could hear small children yelling and people walking right outside our room at 7am waking...
