“Great location but in a residential area so you will get dogs barking, odd party, car horns, does get quiet around 10 though. We had large sitting room/kitchen, tv should be larger for such a large room. Basic but functional furniture and beds. Shower had poor pressure but ok. Air con control looks like digital clock on the wall, front door is electronic, you need to touch the Yale symbol for the numbers to appear, lock the same way, some doors had instructions, some did not. Parking garages...

“The pool in pictures is not the pool at property. There’s a hot tub on the roof. No pool towels. Place was clean and neat. Just promised my kids a pool and there wasn’t one so it was a bust in that sense. Also the fees were outrageous, I am military and don’t make a lot of money and this place was super expensive. ”

The apartment was clean, well-kept, and in a great location—close to Hollywood Boulevard, the Walk of Fame, Universal Studios, and plenty of restaurants. The unit itself was spacious, featuring three bedrooms and three bathrooms, and the kitchen was well-equipped. The building felt secure, which gave us peace of mind throughout our stay.
