Guest house a LAX Area

“This place was not clean and was sketchy. There were stains on the sheets, blanket, and curtains. There was long dark hair all over the floor. There was no hand soap in the bathroom and no towels. It reeked of weed and pee. My husband heard people in the middle of the night walking outside of the window. Other people staying there were loud at 7am. I do NOT recommend staying here unless you’re desperate for a cheap place to stay. The people working there were nice though.”

“Clean and large room. convenient Location, close to public transportation. The first night, the neighbor’s dog was barking quite a bit, which made it difficult to sleep. Also, since this is a shared property, although each room has its own private bathroom, the kitchen and living room are shared with other guests. If other guests come back late or stay up chatting, the noise can be quite noticeable and may affect your sleep. Overall, I would recommend being aware of the shared living...
