“The property was in a great location with a garage and a secured gate. Patio views were beautiful. The kitchen was fully equipped which made cooking so easy. We loved the modern design of the interiors. The rooms were nice and large. Only challenge was getting our luggage to the 4th level. Overall excellent property!”

“The perfect location for our stay in and around Venice/Santa Monica. The communication with Franco and Iris was suburb. We felt extremely welcomed. Street parking was never an issue. The condo was clean, bright and spacious. The backyard is awesome. So relaxing. We didn’t get a chance to use the hot tub, but will next time. Having access to the washer/dryer was a great convenience. Only a 15 minute drive to Santa Monica beaches, shopping and restaurants. 6 minute drive to the beach town...

“* Access requires passage through a wooden gate on the East side of the main front house. Upon trying to enter the closed gate, there was no draw string to pull in order to release the latch. One would have to reach over the tall gate to release the latch. Same thing happened with an interior gate closer to the unit. No draw string attached. Had to reach over again. * We decided to utilize the washer unit in the kitchen area. After about five minutes, we discovered about an inch of water...

“The only issue we had was really with the cleaning service as the bed sheets were not changed and still had sand in the sheets cakes on that had been from the previous guest and i had to sleep on top of the sheets so i didn't feel the sand the first night. Other then that the stay was great”

“We stayed at Shaahin’s house for 9 nights during March break 2025. First of all, great location. Short drive to Venice Beach, Abbot Kinney, Marina Del Ray and Santa Monica. Also it only took about 15 min to/from LAX. Even the drive to Disney was only about 45-50 min in rush hour. I was a bit doubtful about the claim that we could easily find street parking directly outside the house (I’m from Toronto where that doesn’t happen). BUT we did park directly outside each day or at most one house...
