There was a silver Porsche parked there 24/7 that seemed to belong to the resident of the property. It never moved and was never available during my stay. Thankfully, there is ample street parking available and I never was w/o parking. “Property was very nice. Close to all the areas we needed to be at. Airplanes did not bother us. Home was very clean. Only thing is so late for a check in. I didn’t ask if we could be in earlier. Communication with host was top notch. Quick responses. Nice house quiet neighborhood. ”

“What a fun place to stay! Topanga is such a cute place, great restaurants. Host was very responsive. I would suggest a small SUV to get here, the road is steep, some pot holes but when you get to the house, parking is tight. This is a middle floor of a triplex so there is noise from other guests and flushing in the walls is loud…so if you have young kids who go to bed early or are light sleepers you might have an issue. But everyone around us was quiet right at 10pm. Great views, good coffee! ”
