“Water from the faucets smelled like sewage. Taking a shower felt very unsettling because of the smell of the water. Linens, including the towels, were saturated in fabric softener--not good for anyone with chemical sensitivities. The view was great though-- perfect for a sunset, very peaceful. Best to settle in before dark and stay put, as long as they have resolved the water & linen quality issues.”

“The property was beautiful and safe. The kitchen was stocked with necessities and the room was spacious. Just two blocks from the beach and a short distance from downtown area. Parking was easy as they provide a garage in addition to some street parking. Staff was friendly and helpful.”

You get a free tour of the light house and a free mini bottle of wine, which are nice additions. Definitely looking forward to coming back here. ”

We were able to cook, do laundry, and even had movies to watch. Very accessible to Sequoia and Kings Canyon parks. Would stay here again!”

“I had a frustrating experience with this stay. As a first-time visitor to the area, I expected at least a general location or address ahead of time so I could plan my trip and know where I was heading. Unfortunately, the hosts refused to provide any address until right before check-in at 3PM. While I understand safety and privacy concerns, not giving guests any sense of location in advance makes it very difficult to plan, especially when traveling to an unfamiliar city.
