Scopri le viste panoramiche sull'oceano mentre ti muovi in questa spaziosa casa sulla spiaggia a Dillon Beach. Il livello principale superiore ha un piano aperto dove la camera familiare, la sala da pranzo, la cucina rinnovata di recente, la camera bonus e il balcone godono di quella "vista da milioni di dollari" di Dillon Beach. Abbiamo 20 piedi di posti a sedere su cui sederti mentre ti godi ampie finestre che si affacciano sulle onde dell'oceano o goditi un film su una TV a schermo piatto.

La camera da letto principale si trova al piano principale superiore, dove potresti voler sgattaiolare via per assistere ai tramonti mozzafiato.

Il livello inferiore ospita 3 camere da letto: 1 camera grande con un letto Cal King, un'altra camera grande con 2 letti queen size e una terza camera piccola che contiene un letto a castello (due letti doppi). Le due camere più grandi al piano inferiore sono dotate di TV a schermo piatto. Tutte le TV a schermo piatto della casa hanno accesso ai canali via cavo in diretta via Sling e migliaia di film e programmi TV via Netflix.

C'è un bagno completo al piano inferiore che comprende anche la lavatrice e l'asciugatrice e un lavandino per qualsiasi delicata necessità di lavaggio. Questo bagno completo si apre su un patio chiuso con una grande vasca idromassaggio deluxe e vista sul tramonto nelle giornate limpide.

Troverai anche un paio di boogey board, giochi di sabbia per i più piccoli e due sedie pieghevoli da portare in spiaggia. Ci sono molti giochi da tavolo con i tuoi amici e familiari, un XBOX e una selezione di libri da leggere in tutta la casa.

We enjoyed our stay here. Plenty of spaces to sit and enjoy the ocean views. The house was clean, furniture was comfortable, beds were great and the bedrooms had spectacular views of the coast below. The hoat was responsive and check-in and check out was a breezw.

Wabi Tei is exactly as advertised, spacious, well-equipped, and welcoming to guests of all ages. Everything we could have wanted or needed in the kitchen and beyond. The beds were really comfy and everything was clean, wi-fi and entertainment options abound, and it was predictably hard to get the kids out of the hot tub. We ranged from 1 to 75 and everyone had a great time. Even though half of our visit was foggy and windy it's a beautiful place to spend a few days away from the City hustle and just unwind. You would not regret a stay in Dillon Beach at Wabi Tei!!

Dillon Delight

The house was very nice and well equipped and is in a beautiful neighborhood. Deck is wind sheltered, hot tub is large and comforting. View is magnificent.The only tiny blip is only one bathroom for three downstairs bedrooms but we made do.Beds were all comfortable, kitchen mostly well equipped. Very nice spot.

Family vacation week!

We were looking for a wonderful place where my husband and I could book it and have our kids and their families come and stay. Wabi Tei was everything we could ask for. Plenty of space, kitchen was fully furnished and well equipped with everything we needed. Such a great place for families. If your a puzzler there are some awesome puzzles to work. we completed three this week. Only a 10 min walk to the beach for me and my Service GSP to go for our morning strolls on the beach every morning at 5;30 AM. It was perfect!!!! Thank you Jen

Lovely Home

We truly enjoyed our time here! We were pleasantly surprised at how many things there were for the baby! A crib, a little high chair, and plenty of room for the crib in the downstairs big bedroom. Our family felt very comfortable in all the rooms. The extra sitting area was so convenient for our 11 and 9 year old grandchildren to play games. The living room easily fit all 9 of us to watch a movie. The dining room table was large enough for us to all sit together. We are considering making this an annual family vacation stay. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub and I really appreciated the washer and dryer. Overall just lovely.

Comfortable stay

Our needs were well met at this comfortable home, from video games for the kids to wine glasses and a wind-free deck for sunset watching for the adults. The hot tub worked well, beds were very comfortable, and everything was adequately clean. It could use a new barbecue, but it worked ok. Adequate dishes and utensils for our group of seven. Not really walkable to the beach (unless you are good with hills), but a super beach view. Ten dollars/day to park at Dillon beach. Our dog adores being on that off-leash beach!!!

Beautiful Stay!

This was our third stay at this beautiful home.Owner is very communicative and kind. Check in process is easy and the home is just as described. The view from the living room and all those gorgeous windows makes this a gem. Great gathering place that promotes relaxation.

Exceeded Expectations

Absolutely stunning home located a quick drive or moderate walk to beach. My family and I were in awe of the impeccable views of the ocean which we enjoyed from a multitude of vantage points. There was plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy comfortably. As well as ample sleeping space available. My mother said she felt like a Queen in the master suite. We made a few family meals in the incredibly well equipped kitchen. We also appreciated a soak in the hot tub. The walk to the beach was very easy, but we preferred to drive since the walk back is quite an incline which proved a challenge for some, but an adventure for others.The owners were quick to respond to any comments from us during our stay. The property was easy to find, and very clean. There were a lot of books and games that we enjoyed as well. I would recommend this rental for any family or small group to relax and surround yourselves with epic views.

Good for a large family group

We had a wonderful stay at this house. The hosts were very responsive, before & during our stay. The view was great. The kids loved spying wildlife from the deck & windows (deer & quail especially) The house was in a nice location - a short though steep walk to the beach, or a short drive (but a 10 pkg fee). The beds were very comfortable with plenty of extra linens; the kitchen was well-stocked with cooking implements; the deck & hot tub were enjoyable places to relax & take in the view. The washer & dryer came in handy, and we loved having a dining table to seat all of us. We had a 3-generation family of ten, and made good use of all the bed configurations -- 2 adults upstairs and 4 adults 4 kids downstairs. At night, 8 of us shared the one downstairs bathroom, which was a bit crowded, but it was handy having an extra bathroom on the main floor (upstairs), and the adults in the primary bedroom upstairs shared their shower with others. It's wise to bring your food with you, if you intend to cook, since well-stocked grocery stores are a 30-minute drive away. (Basic staples, tho, are available closer-by: bread, milk, etc.)For us, the one downside of this rental were the living room couches, which were uncomfortably soft and squishy. We found ourselves sinking so deeply into them that it was hard to get back up. It was also hard to sit up, rather than recline, making it hard to lounge with others and enjoy the view & sunsets. That said, this house was great

Fun and Relaxation at Wabi Tei

We had an amazing time at Wabi Tei. The views from the second floor living room and patio were incredible. The house was well prepared for our stay; everything was clean, well-stocked, and in working order. We were able to kick our shoes off and immediately relax in true Dillon Beach style.

Family vaca

The view is amazing. Large space for family to provide privacy as well as time together. Not a big deal but could be review the rules. We got a bunch with the email that contained our entry information. But our family enjoyed our vacation. Dillion beach is awesome one of the few places that dogs can be off leash on the beach. Watching surfers was awesome.
