“Great location for the beach and exploring downtown Santa Monica. The unit was great in every respect, and the rooftop park is amazing: lovely pool, lots of places to sit, beautiful plants, outdoor gym, great view, and even a dog park. It's rare to find a rooftop pool/common area that allows dogs, and this is a huge asset for those of us who travel with one. “This property did not meet basic expectations. The condo was dirty upon arrival. The bathroom towels appeared to have been previously used and hung back up rather than washed, and the bed linens did not seem freshly cleaned. After walking barefoot around the condo, our feet were visibly black from the dirty floors. The shower doors did not close properly.
