“Una tragedia totale a partire da chi era al desk in reception che ha creato problemi durante la prenotazione (facendoci spendere il doppio), nell'assegnazione della camera, nel ignorare tutti i problemi sin dal primo minuto. Ho letteralmente buttato soldi, non sono riuscito a dormire neanche 1 ora per i problemi che avevo segnalato. “Amazing place ”

“Buono come tutti gli hotel La Quinta, avevo soggiornato nel 2019 e gli anni hanno influito sulle condizioni generali della struttura in modo particolare sulla climatizzazione in camera che emette odori sgradevoli. Abbondante la colazione ”

“The hotel is very nice and well maintained. I love the vintage design and how well they have managed to continue to its original look throughout the years. My room was nice and clean and have no complaints other than the location of the room being close to the elevator and wish the front desk had told me that when checking in. The sound of people coming in and out so early was a little unpleasant. But other than that I did enjoy my stay. I definitely will return, just in another room.”

“The property itself is very clean, neat, and in a perfect location. Close enough to all things LA without staying in the middle of the chaos. Everything thing is about 10-15 minutes away even with LA traffic. 4 stars because I had to wait 15 minutes to check-in because the 2 employees were behind the wall of the check-in counter on the phone, saw me waiting and didn't acknowledge me. I don't mind waiting but at least say "I'll be right with you" instead of acting as if you didn't see me, that's...
