“Hard to describe how much we loved this charming cottage near the beach! The location was terrific, everything was within walking distance: super convenient to the beach, 5 min walk to the Santa Monica Pier, 15 min walk to Venice and nearby restaurants and shops (just up and down the street). The house was very clean, quiet and well kept and had everything you need for a comfortable stay: the attention to detail was amazing. Parking permits were a major plus. “We had a Great stay at this property. The beds were very comfortable. The location was close to restaurants and the beach. It has a beautiful outdoor patio that is very private with shrubs and fencing around the perimeter. ”

“My sister & I stayed in the Airstream while our 3 adult children stayed in the Carriage House. We had one pm that we lost power but Brooke immediately addressed & fixed the issue the next morning. The grounds are beautiful and we took advantage of the pool & hot tub. Highly recommend this property. You will have a great time!”
