“Great studio apartment steps from beach!”

“Perfect property for 3-night get way! The grounds are amazing and very peaceful! Love the beach access and lounge chairs to sit and enjoy the view, reading a book. Walked to Nobu and shopping area. Parking can be stressful so once I parked, I didn’t want to move my car. There are only 7 spots so it’s first come first serve. Street parking ver difficult.”

“I agree with most of the reviews. This is a great location with easy access to the beach and pedestrian/bike path as well as lots of other nearby amenities. The pictures are accurate, but more glossy than reality, which is fine. The pictures from other guests were helpful. While you can technically see the beach from the windows, it is at a perpendicular angle through the parking lot. There is no patio/veranda, not that it matters - just steps leading into the apt. from the alley. The door...
