Overlooking La Costa beach, savor the best breakfast burritos at Country Kitchen next door, or head to Dukes restaurant and bar across the street. Enjoy entertainment on 4 new Samsung 4k TVs, and stay productive with WiFi and Canon Printers at your disposal. Comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests.



The Space:

These are 2 identical suites, each has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to both Suites.



The Neighborhood:

The two suites are located next to Country Kitchen which is known for the best breakfast burritos in Malibu. There is also an authentic French cuisine close by called La La Cabana. Across the street is Dukes- Malibu which is a Hawaiian-themed restaurant and bar (you must try the the hula pie- it's delicious). Nobu Malibu, Lucky's, Geoffreys are other great brunch/dinner spots and only minutes away from the suites.



La Costa Beach is one of the best beaches in Malibu and right across the street from the homes. Carbon Beach also known for "Billionaire's beach" is minutes away.



Escondido Falls is a popular hike to the waterfalls in Malibu.



Getting Around:

We do not recommend renting a car as a lot of restaurants and beaches are within walking distance. Also, it is very easy to get an Uber from this location.



Other Things to Note:

This is a second-floor suite. There are 16 steps to get to the front door.



NO PARTIES, LOUD MUSIC

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY (12 PPL) MUST BE RESPECTED AT ALL TIMES

ANY PARTIES WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE EVICTION



It's is of utmost importance to note that all noise and music must remain indoors and at a reasonable level by 9-10pm. The neighbors are extremely sensitive, so it's crucial that all activities and noise levels are respectful at all times. We can't have complaints of obtrusive music, guests entertaining, or people hanging out by the front door being loud. It's important to be mindful of this before booking. Any gatherings of more than 12 people are not allowed on the property unless discussed and cleared with the host before check in.



Rules of the house:

- No parties, loud music or gatherings of more than 12 people allowed in the apartment

- Max occupancy of 12 people must be respected

- Pets allowed on a case by case basis - please check with host before arrival - $90 per day/per pet

- Smoking prohibited indoors & outdoors- $250 fine for smoking

- $35 charge per towel for any stained/ruined towel

- $200 charge per stained sheet/duvet cover

- $35 charge per stained pillow case

- $200 charge if the apartment is left excessively messy and requires additional cleaning



Guests must be transparent and truthful about the questions asked by the host at booking. It's a very quiet neighborhood and the neighbors have zero tolerance for noise disturbance. Non compliance with the rules cited above or complaints from neighbors will result in immediate eviction.



Upon check in, please report any damages to avoid being charged. We understand that sometimes accidents happen! Should you break anything please let us know immediately - if it's minor we usually won't charge. If it's a larger issue, we would like to agree on the cost with you before you leave to avoid any issues later. Thank you!
