“The condo itself was very nice and clean. I only have 1 thing i was not too happy about and that was the key pick up process . We were in the area to get my dauther moved out from college. With having to fly over 5hrs , rent a SUV, pack move items , plus drive around town. The last thing you want to do is drive to one location to pick up keys and then search for your vacation rental . The owner is incredibly responsive, The apartment is very convenient to shopping and to exploring Japantown (Sawtelle) by foot, and is convenient to West Los Angeles and Santa Monica and the environs by car. “This was a great location. Just a few minutes walk to Manhattan Beach. The condo had all the amenities you needed. Lots of great upgrades like lights that come on automatically when you enter the bathroom, touch lights on the bedside table. Nice seating area and family room. Though we didn’t do any cooking there was plenty of utensils for all of that.We really loved the location. There were many great local restaurants for breakfast lunch and dinner nearby. “Overall experience was great. Very nice place and great location for our trip. This unit would be amazing for up to 3 couples or a large family. The only area we have to offer is in the kitchen… the pans and cooking utensils need to be replaced and the knifes are a bit dull. We could have used a blender… otherwise well equipped.”

“We were so pleased! The beds and couch were comfortable! The entire space was clean. I was pleased with the space and the A/C. The kitchen had the things we need. The fridge was big and pristine. The neighbors are so quiet. Street parking isn’t my favorite but it wasn’t horrible and the location was amazing! We went to universal and it was so close.
