“This location was perfect for my 5-day meeting at the LA Convention Center. I was able to take one 15-minute on-time bus ride door-to-door or a nice 30 minute walk to the Convention Center. The neighborhood has great inexpensive restaurants and the apartment is just blocks from a Whole Foods. Additional positives are that Mike was amazingly responsive, his place is exceptionally clean, and the queen bed was very comfortable. The pullout couch was fine as a bed. “Spot on location for Pepperdine Campus! Thanksgiving weekend was fabulous in this property with my daughter who's a Pepperdine Student. The hosts had everything readily available, even down to the kitchen supplies which was great. Having the beach at your finger tips was amazing. This unit is the perfect size for 2 people. Only one request, could use some new fluffier seat cushions on the patio deck lounge chairs. Looking forward to staying again !”

“Loved the location in Hollywood within walking distance to restaurants, stores, and sights. The place itself is in a beautiful and safe building. There were many amenities provided and the decor was beautiful! In unit Laundry was not accessible unfortunately and had to provide late check in fee even though the listing did not state this. However, Would definitely recommend this stay!”
