“Overall experience was great. Very nice place and great location for our trip. This unit would be amazing for up to 3 couples or a large family. The only area we have to offer is in the kitchen… the pans and cooking utensils need to be replaced and the knifes are a bit dull. We could have used a blender… otherwise well equipped.”

The neighbors are so quiet. Street parking isn’t my favorite but it wasn’t horrible and the location was amazing! We went to universal and it was so close. “This apartment was everything we needed it to be. If you are used to the city life inherent to Los Angeles, this apartment is great. The owner is incredibly responsive, The apartment is very convenient to shopping and to exploring Japantown (Sawtelle) by foot, and is convenient to West Los Angeles and Santa Monica and the environs by car. The owners provide a parking space though on street parking is available as well. Bedrooms each have their own bathroom and showers. Air conditioning worked...

“The property was delightful. It was close to the continuing center which was what we needed. It was a little confusing to find little grocery spots and stuff, but we figured it out. The rooftop pool was awesome and it didn't matter when we were out, someone was cleaning. I loved that. The door men were super accommodating and friendly. The parking was easy after I figured it out. The curtains were super good at keeping out the light and heat. The washer dryer was larger than other properties.”

“Great location. Place is very nice & cozy , Gorgeous rooftop pool area with amazing views of dtla. Has an in-unit laundry which is nice and full kitchen. I also like that the room was a separate space and the living room was very spacious. Red line metro is super close which made commuting very easy. Highly recommend walking to grand central market , which was a short walk over. Definitely would stay again...24 hour security in building was a bonus as well.”
