“The location was great! We took an uber to Universal Studios, it was roughly an 8 minute ride. Drivers were readily available. The property was clean, well stocked, and cozy for a small family. We had a great trip and the host was responsive and pleasant.”

“Wonderful stay! We were in town with our teenage daughters looking at colleges and we all loved this place and Santa Monica. The place is super clean and spacious for a family of 4 and it was great to be able to walk to so many restaurants and shops. Communication with owner was great. We would stay again!”

“The house we rented was beautiful. But the was completely incorrect in terms of where the rental was located. It said Marina del Rey, but it was actually Culver City. The listing also said it was a 10 minute walk from Venice Beach. Being from the Midwest, we wanted a high walk ability. It was a 15 minute drive and even then they tried to gaslight me into saying I was incorrect about their listing.”

“The property was delightful. It was close to the continuing center which was what we needed. It was a little confusing to find little grocery spots and stuff, but we figured it out. The rooftop pool was awesome and it didn't matter when we were out, someone was cleaning. I loved that. The door men were super accommodating and friendly. The parking was easy after I figured it out. The curtains were super good at keeping out the light and heat. The washer dryer was larger than other properties.”

“Booking cancelled by the host 10 days before scheduled stay, citing "Environmental impact Due to unexpected environmental events such as earthquakes, floods, or other natural disasters, the property is no longer safe or suitable for guests. Your safety is our top priority.". The property was still available on nearby dates of my cancelled stay.”

“Our stay was exceptional! The rules were clear and provided on time. We needed a boiling pot and the host found us one and dropped it off. This speaks to the hospitality we received. Very thankful to connect and stay in the property for more than 3 weeks on business.”
