“Having a door man and building security access was a nice feature while in downtown Los Angeles. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and quiet despite our stay being both during Anime Expo and 4th of July. The rooftop pool and hot tub were great amenities with beautiful views of the city - especially at night.”

Walking distance to groceries, Starbucks, and a wonderful little French breakfast /brunch place. Communication was no problem. Entry instructions were very clear. “Communication with the property owner was poor. I was within three hours of getting to the property check-in and wasn’t able to reach the owner how to get inside. Vrbo had to get involved and I was told by Vrbo they weee canceling the booking and I would get a refund and for me to find a hotel.
