Case in affitto a Manhattan Beach

“Communication with the host was excellent from booking to checkout. The check-in process couldn't have been easier. The apartment is exactly as pictured, clean and well equipped. Such a great location! Beautiful Manhattan Beach is just around the corner and easy walking to surrounding restaurants, shops and the Strand Pier.We would absolutely stay here again!”

“Really enjoyed my stay in Manhattan Beach. Kyle was honestly one of the most hospitable hosts I’ve had always quick to respond and super helpful with anything I needed. The place had a cozy vibe, and being able to walk to the beach every morning for sunrise and wind down with the sunset made the whole trip feel special. When the heater had a little issue, Kyle didn’t hesitate he actually sent over space heaters via Amazon the same day, which I really appreciated. “Pet friendly- clean rooms, near the beach and town. Lots of amenities and appreciated the laundry detergent to make it easy to do laundry, grill that was clean, and beds were so comfortable! Host was very accommodating!”

“Great location with nice little balcony and beach views. Fun aesthetic choices. Comfortable bed, though could use some more pillows. Modern, clean bathroom and kitchen. Living area layout is a little odd—could be arranged differently to better maximize the relatively small space. Nitpicks aside, still a great value for anyone wanting to stay in Manhattan Beach. ”

“Excellent location, property and host!”

“Very fun, colorful, joyful house. We had a great week here. House is fully stocked and felt luxurious. ”

“A fabulous place in a a perfect location. Gorgeous and so confortable!”

“Property was just as described, however, It could have been cleaned better; stove looked like it was just wiped with a napkin, furniture was dusty, and the floors were filthy. I wasn't too keen on the idea that there was already a plumbing issue and if we caused any more issues, we would be liable for it.”

“Place was clean and private. Listing does not really mention that it is an ADU. Parking was a bit hard to find.”

“Thank you Pam and James for offering your home for a safe stay! It was so nice, clean and way better than any hotel rooms. Amazing experience. Just WOW!!! Highly recommend. We will definately be back when we are back in LA. I give it 10 stars out of 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“Really peaceful area, and the host Maria was good with communication and answering any questions I had. The bed was fantastic — much better than any hotel bed I’ve been in. Has a TV, Keurig, microwave, and decent dresser/closet space. Great South Central location to explore LA.”

“The Property is in a very beautiful neighborhood very clean close to the freeway. secure and and respectful I really enjoyed it”

“Unique and artsy room, very much in the spirit of "glamping." We originally stayed in Topanga to be close to Malibu at a better rate, but were pleasantly surprised to find Topanga a lot more fun than Malibu, a little gem of a town with great cafes.”

“We Loved This & Will Visit Again!!”
