“Beautiful home that was a very convenient walk to the stadium. Was able to get back from the venue in less than 30 minutes even with the mass exodus. The traffic over there wasn't too bad either, and the neighborhood is quiet and feels safe. Host was attentive and available and made check-in and check-out a breeze! The only thing to note is that the driveway behind the house is very tight and might be difficult to back into if you've got a larger car.”

“We really enjoyed our recent stay in this adorable property. We knew it would be cozy for our family of 4 - our 'kids' are 18 and 20, and both around 6 feet tall, so we were all full-grown adults. My husband and I took the futon to allow the kids more room with the larger bed, and I have to admit the futon was VERY comfortable. “* Access requires passage through a wooden gate on the East side of the main front house. Upon trying to enter the closed gate, there was no draw string to pull in order to release the latch. One would have to reach over the tall gate to release the latch. Same thing happened with an interior gate closer to the unit. No draw string attached. Had to reach over again. * We decided to utilize the washer unit in the kitchen area. After about five minutes, we discovered about an inch of water...

“Location in VRBO is inaccurate. This property is not in Culver City but in the West Adams neighborhood. We booked this place expecting to be in short walking distance to bars and restaurants in downtown Culver City however that was not the case.”

“The perfect location for our stay in and around Venice/Santa Monica. The communication with Franco and Iris was suburb. We felt extremely welcomed. Street parking was never an issue. The condo was clean, bright and spacious. The backyard is awesome. So relaxing. We didn’t get a chance to use the hot tub, but will next time. Having access to the washer/dryer was a great convenience. Only a 15 minute drive to Santa Monica beaches, shopping and restaurants. 6 minute drive to the beach town...
