“This spot was super convenient to us. We were able to park and find everything we needed within walking distance if it wasn't already at the hotel. We didn't spend time in the lagoon/beach right across the street, but a five minute drive down Catalina/Esplanade brought us to Avenue C or E beach access stairs/ramps, there was ample parking. “Easy check-in, quiet neighborhood, responsive host, comfortable beds, nice decor, great showers, and had everything we needed for cooking. Bring an eye mask if sleeping on the couch since it gets pretty bright. A bit of a squeeze to get to the garage so we only parked there overnight, but the street had plenty of parking. 100% would recommend and would stay here again. ”
