“Beautiful setting and staff was friendly! Room was subpar and smelled of mildew and weed. Bathroom was stocked with lotion in the shower, no soap or shampoo. Holes in bathroom ceiling. Bar was great and diner had great service!”

“One shouldn't expect much from a motel, even if it's in Palo Alto, but this one being described by its owners as "boutique hotel" is pretty funny. Maybe they mean the pink retro Frigidaire?
