“The only complaint we had was no coffee pot in the room. Minor issue, but would have been nice since we woke way earlier than the breakfast was available.”

“Stayed for two nights. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Halls were quiet by 8:00. Pool was closed each day... not sure why. Breakfast was great. Room was clean and comfortable.”

“Booked through Expedia, which caused an error in booking and neither Expedia or BW would help fix the error, despite speaking with the host and paying for another booking AND the receptionist telling me it's an error that happens often. Very disappointed in Expedia and BW.”

“Everyone was kind and helpful. Rooms were very clean, a/c worked wonderfully thank goodness considering the outdoor heat.lol. Didn't eat breakfast but greatly appreciated the all day coffee. The only thing that I'd recommend is a list of local restaurants and tourist attractions be put in the rooms for visitors who don't really have a plan to go by.”

“Nice and new hotel. Great staff that allowed me to do early check in at no cost. The shower was awesome with really hot water. The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast i’ve had in a while. I will definitely be back at this hotel the next time i’m in Calera.”

“This hotel was really nice on the inside but mildly felt unsafe on the outside. We had no issues or anything but it just didnt feel like it was in the best part of town. Overall good price and close enough to downtown that it worked well. The rooms were really nice.”

“The front desk was very helpful, however small issue the rooms looked clean but there a not so good smell in the room ! I tried my own Lysol but the smell was still there”

“These property i like every time I. Che ked in it was great bit these time I pulled my covers back blood wa as in the sheets and the mattre5 was dirty in mean dirty OMG NASTY”
