We were thankful for the supplies in the room - dish soap, paper towels, etc. The property seemed newer and was nicely appointed. The grounds had some trash on it. The pool was dirty and cold with no pool towels clean. It closed fairly early too which was upsetting (8pm). “The hotel was well staffed, has a very convenient location with lots of options for food nearby, and though I did not use the restaurant at the property I did pick up some treats from these convenient snacks in the lobby, which was great. All the staff that I saw greeted me and made me feel welcome. There were plenty of baggage buggies and everything was super easy to navigate. ”

The vending machines did not work, stains on sheet, mold on bathroom ceiling and toilet was clogged in my first room so they moved me… ac frozen in new room, brought keys to move me next door to original room but someone had just checked in (which confused the hell out of the front desk guy), moved again, chair broken but ac worked… at this point the other half of my party arrived and we all opted to leave… the front desk guy did his...

“Very terrible and staff”

“Room wasn’t smoked free, the smell was strong. Bed sheets were full of stains and with cigarette burns. Bathroom wasn’t cleaned and had soap bar left from the previews guest. There were roaches in the room. Awful experience didn’t stay there had to stay in another place.”

“This was the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed in. There was hair and dirt in one of the beds. The entire place smelled like some kind of incense was put everywhere to cover the smells. The floors were so nasty. There was another person complaining about a large set of dirty footprints on their bed. They ask to switch rooms and the lady at the counter only offered them a new set of sheets to change themselves. I couldn’t even eat breakfast because it was so dirty.”
