“Breakfast was nice with choices. Room clean. Parking was safe. Two night stay was quiet and pleasant.”

“the property is misleading, the pool is very small, the staff was nice but the rooms were not as clean. there was mold in the shower around the soap, shampoo and conditioner. The shower curtain liner was dirty. They initially put me in a used room. My card continued to become deactivated. I worked out in the gym but the water fountain was not working. All around i was not pleased with the cleanliness of the facility and the rooms. I will try very hard to never stay at a holiday inn again. ”

“The staff were friendly and very helpful. The location near the airport was excellent. We left before breakfast so cannot comment on that. Our biggest complaint was that the door into our room dragged so badly on the floor that it could not be opened the entire way. And when we mentioned it the next morning we were told it was a known problem! Why assign us that room then? The hotel did not appear to be full. This the poor rating.”

“Staff thought it was funny to play circus music after 10pm on repeat to find a missing luggage cart. They laughed in my face when I asked what the loud music was. They all made it clear they are only there to collect a paycheck. Doing their jobs looked extra.”

“Just an old hotel they slapped some paint and vinyl flooring in but still smells of smoke from decades past. Bed was hard, pillows like nothing. Just a cheap place to lay your head. I’m always reminded when staying somewhere like this that it’s worth spending $30 more to get a completely better experience. ”
