Hotel a Riverside

“We enjoy our stay here most years while we are in town. This year, we ended up in a room that had issues with the wall near the AC unit - it seemed to be maybe leaking or had previously leaked and the wall was damaged from that. The pool is always great and being on the water is a perk. This year the on site laundry wasn’t great, machines were out of order leaving one working washer and dryer for large groups in town for a baseball tournament.”

“It was a very clean, quiet room. GREAT bed! I didn’t get a chance to eat the breakfast but it looked like there was a nice variety. The Check in girl was so sweet. And the girl at the desk when I checked out was sweet, too. The only thing - both mornings I woke up to the strong smell of cigarette smoke. I kept thinking it was coming from the room below me but when I left I noticed there were cigarette butts in the handicap parking place next to mine - along with dog poop. I think the smell was...

“The Quality Inn offered convenient access to restaurants, a Tesla Supercharger, and interstate access. The staff were friendly and helpful. The property and rooms were extremely well-maintained. While the Quality Inn offered breakfast, they did not have gluten-free choices. For the convenience of location, I would definitely stay at this Quality Inn again.”

Now what I didn't like was I had informed a staff person at the front desk about an exit door near room 137 where I stayed for five nights. The door would make a loud sound when people are coming and going, it was very annoying, how ever the staff didn't try to make my stay. pleasant. I just know in when I come to visit again I will be staying at another hotel hotel in the area.”
