We had an overall average stay at this hotel. The room itself was clean, and daily housekeeping service was excellent, very consistent and thorough. The bellhop service was also good and professional.
However, the ongoing construction on the hotel grounds was quite loud and became annoying after a while, especially during the day. It definitely impacted the overall experience.
We also ordered room service one evening. It was inconvenient trying to locate the menu, even with the QR code system. We ended up ordering a hamburger, which arrived cold with soggy fries and was delivered in a styrofoam container. That was disappointing and didn’t feel like the quality you’d expect from hotel dining.
Overall, there were some positives, but the construction noise and room service experience brought the stay down to average for us.
