“The place was updated, spacious, very clean and comfortable. There is a view of the ocean and can hear the waves as well. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back and also recommend it. ”

Studio Apt was nice but exactly that. If you need space amongst your party this isn't the rental for you. It was very clean and fully stocked of any appliance you might need. “This unit was on the first floor. It lead right outside to tennis court and pool. Good location with easy access to everything. One downfall is that it is right next to garbage and dumpster collection. The unit was mostly clean but we did find clothes and linens left over from the previous guests. An email took care of that the next day. Overall happy with this place.”

“This property was well equipped and very clean. The spaces were comfortable and the location was great. We liked being away from all the tourist traps and enjoyed the private beach. The only glitch was they had a smart thermostat that had the fan locked in the on position. It ran 24/7 even when we didnt want it. When we contacted the owners we didnt get a response. Otherwise it was a great experience.”

“The building was run down and needed a lot of updates. It didnt seem very welcoming. The room seemed clean when we first walked in untill you started looking more closely. The couch is DISGUSTING! stains all over it. We had to put sheets on it in order to sit on it. The one bedroom had lamps which both didnt work. Both bathrooms had hair and the whole place was grungy. The owner had lots of rules that they dont disclose BEFORE you rent the room. Parking is 40$ a night. Save your money and go...
