I asked for my money back, but they didn’t give it to me. I left and found another place across town. I couldn't tolerate the smell and the old furniture there.”

“We have stayed here many times. Usually the breakfast is a draw. But it was lacking this time. The butter was replaced by a spread. The staff did not have the breakfast properly prepared. It was not what we had grown accustomed to.”
