“Welcoming and quick/easy check in. Room was on the small side, but very clean and asthetically pleasing. Parking lot is very well lit, and well kept. We left before breakfast but we did grab some coffee on the way out. Very nice hotel and we will stay there again when in the area. ”

“I stayed at the SpringHill Suites Orange Beach from April 2–5 and was very disappointed. Check-in was smooth and the staff were friendly, which I appreciated. However, the cleanliness was unacceptable. Our first room had stained sheets and duvets, a dirty shower curtain, unswept floors, and residue on the wall near the towel area. “Mostly easy to find in the day but at night the sign and bldg lights were either out or not working making it harder for someone who is not from the area. The room was filthy(hair in the sink, the vent was loaded with dust/ dirt that had hardened over time so the heat smelled like burning the entire time and whether a/c or heat my breathing and allergies suffered.
