“Good place overall”

“The property was new and clean but very noisy and the room lack basic amenities like a microwave or coffee pot.”

“We only stayed 1 night (for the Fairhope Arts & Crafts Festival), as we booked last minute and this was the only hotel with a room left. For the price, it satisfied us. The 2 outdoor seating areas were nice to have a drink in the evening. We did not use the pool, but it looked well-maintained. The included continental breakfast was very convenient and we appreciated that. ”

“The pool was out of service. The room smelt like straight weed. Breakfast was being served still partially frozen. TERRIBLE place to stay. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. ”

“Non scegliete questo hotel. Persona alla reception incapace di risolvere i problemi. Mancava un letto e i miei figli hanno dormito in 3 per 2 notti in un letto e il ragazzo della reception se ne letteralmente fregato lasciandoci 2 notti in 5 con 2 letti.Aria condizionata rumorosa come un trattore. Abbiamo chiesto un rimborso parziale tramite Expedia ma l' hotel si è rifiutato. ”

“The room was clean but the floors and baseboards were not. The service was not good either, the staff was friendly but when asked for fresh towels and an extra pillow they never brought it. 24 hours later I had to wait at the front desk for them to actually give me fresh towels as I wasn’t going to take “we will take them right up” as an answer again. The front desk staff was sick, wiping her nose then touching things. When we arrived to check in we waited for someone to come out of the back...

“Very nice for the brand. I was honestly worried about the Motel 6 brand in general, but this is one of the nicest ones I’ve seen. I’d stay here before a lot of hotels for sure. ”
