“Property is ok. Not sure I’d stay again. I asked the housekeeper to service our room and in three days, it never was serviced, even with my housekeeping tag on the door handle. Plus, there’s some shady people walking around.”

The hotel is always spotless clean, great breakfast and just a greta overall experience. This is what we should to stay at this hotel every time we visit Pensacola.”

“The staff was very helpful. The room was very clean. There are no elevators here so the stairs were the only way up. I was on the 3rd floor but I liked the exercise. The gym was small but it had good equipment to get your training done for the day. Its in a very good location close to restaurants and stores. The price was great for this location and booking was excellent 👌”

“I switched rooms 3 times 1 st room someone already occupied the room 2nd room no electricity on one wall. The maintenance person couldn't fix the breaker was tripped 3rs room no AC. The Maintenance person was able to reaet. Took after midnight”

“We checked and , went to the room and then checked out. Obvious signs of bed bugs were easy to see!! Mattress looked like a murder scene. Smelled moldy. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!”
