“I liked the large balcony. They didn’t have room ready for check in at 4. Pre checked in around 1pm and was told I would get a call when room was ready between 3-4. That didn’t happen. The lady that checked us in apparently did not have our card on file for the room. We got a text that they didn’t have our card after we ordered food and drink at the bar. “NEVER ANYONE AT THE COUNTER ALWAYS HAD TO RING BELL TO GET ANYONE TO COME HELP. MAID STAFF COULD NOT SPEAK ENGLISH SO COULD NOT UNDERSTAND WHAT WAS TRYING TO BE COMMUNICATED. VENDING MACHINES WHERE NOT OPERATIONAL WHILE I WAS THERE.”
