My experience at this hotel was disappointing. Upon arrival, one of the staff members was using a paintbrush to touch up the ceiling near the entrance, which gave an unprofessional first impression. The front desk agent was not welcoming—there was no smile or effort to make guests feel comfortable. I asked if there were any other ocean view rooms available on higher floors, but the agent simply said, “This is the last one, sorry.” However, I later found additional ocean view rooms still available online, which made me feel misled.
The overall appearance of the property lacked cleanliness. Outside my room, there were several old air conditioning units stacked beside the entrance. The utility room next door remained wide open all day. The stairwell had a strong chemical odor, and the pool area was poorly maintained with towels left scattered around.
Additionally, the WiFi did not work at all during my stay. When I contacted the front desk, I was given a toll-free number for assistance, but it was unhelpful and the issue was never resolved.
Overall, the customer service and condition of the property did not meet expectations, especially considering the price I paid.
