Heavy set black lady at the front desk on 2/14 in the afternoon, was very rude to my husband!
We needed help with the fire pit and he went to the desk to get some help. No one was there so he waited, another guest came and when she finally came, she ignored my husband and assisted the person that was next in line…. My husband told her want we needed help with and then she hen she finally came outside she was eating and just having a good ole time. My husband asked her about the hell and she kept eating. He asked her should I try to find someone else to assist us, she said well yeah maybe you need to get someone else!
I did NOT expect this kind of behavior from this hotel brand and was VERY disappointed. Even after you spoke to someone else at the desk, he was trying to defend the said rude employee!!! NOT acceptable at all! I husband told him to check the cameras he will see what happened! 👎👎👎👎👎
