“Check in was so fast and easy. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good selection (sausage, egg, cereal, waffles) our room was very clean and spacious. The pool was also really nice and warm!”

“Staff were helpful. Room was a good size. Love that there’s dishes, full size freezer & fridge, the restroom could’ve been a bit cleaner but overall the sty was good. Please be aware the breakfast is not a full breakfast. There’s oatmeal, waffle station, cereal, potato wedges, and items to make a breakfast sandwhich (bagel, round egg, cheese, sausage.”

“Very dirty room(a) had to change because first one smelled like rotten food. No breakfast was available. Swimming pool was disgustingly dirty and smelly. Would NEVER stay there again, and would advise folks to stay away.”

“Charged me five times for the room at check-in, after waiting at the counter at check-in time for 5 minutes. Elevator felt like final destination. TV had poor reception. Bed was comfortable but unstable.”

“I really never want to give a bad review but I feel like I need to. I will list out everything that was bad. Had to ask for new sheets. The sheets and blanket and pillows were badly stained and had black little hair all over them. The bathroom had bugs. The lady above us stayed up all night screaming with big dogs. The door wouldn’t lock properly we spend 10 mins each time we left making sure the door was shut and locked. The tv was crooked. The staff was nice but not welcoming. It took them 30...

“Felt like I was owed a partial refund for having to go to the front desk for towels every night. Housekeeping took our towels everyday even if they were hanging up and never left new ones. Had a cockroach two different days. Was told it was due to the rain, but good pest control would prevent them from coming in in the first place. Asked about utilizing the grill and was told they had all the tools and everything. When we went to use it, there wasn’t a lighter. Trash wasn’t picked up multiple...
